TRENDZ: ‘STILL ON MY WAY’
The seven member boy group from Global H Media are starting their new chapter.

TRENDZ have returned to provide their fans with a new side of their personalities with their three track mini album, STILL ON MY WAY, including its title track “MY WAY”. Members HAVIT, LEON, YOONWOO, HANKOOK, ra.L, EUNIL, and YECHAN have been working hard to prepare jaw-dropping choreographies and pitch perfect vocals for their stage performances.
The group’s name, TRENDZ, comes from their dream of being able to lead Gen Z K-pop fans and to create their own trends. By following their own path, the members are making a name for themselves in the industry. “Please look forward to TRENDZ’s growth during this promotion!” say the group.
Exploring sounds and emotions
The mini album signals the start of a new era for the group with their BLUE SET series concluding alongside the release of their last comeback, Blue Set Chapter. New Dayz. The mini album has been produced by LEEZ, the composer and producer well-known for his work with groups such as ATEEZ and Dreamcatcher. LEEZ has been working closely with TRENDZ since their 2022 release, BLUE SET Chapter. [UNKNOWN CODE].

The album’s three tracks all have a different sound, from moombahton to drum and bass, showing off the group’s ability to take on any genre that is given to them. The overall story of the record is about the members running towards their dreams. Members HANKOOK, ra.L, and YECHAN have all taken part in writing lyrics for the tracks making the album that much more special for their fans, dubbed FRIENDZ.
On the title track, the group explains what they hope their fans will get out of the song: “Our title track “MY WAY” is an emotional song that will bring overwhelming feelings by listening to it, therefore, we hope everyone [will be] even happier when they’re happy, and feel better when they’re having a hard time just by listening to this song”.
TRENDZ are on their way up
FRIENDZ have taken to social media to show their support for the boys explaining how excited they are to see more of the group’s performances, and urging other fans to stream their latest comeback.
TRENDZ have already made a mark on the K-pop industry, highlighted by them winning the Focus Award at the 2022 Asia Artist Awards. They also have shown off their philanthropic side by becoming the Red Cross Youth ambassadors of the Korean Red Cross and supporting sustainability by being named the Global Eco-Friendly Public Relations ambassador for Sustainable World Network. It seems there is nothing that this group can’t do!
